1. Countries the Sammelfieber Shop ships to

Items are shipped under the same conditions within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is not possible.

2. Shipping costs

  • CHF 2.50 for orders with a value of up to CHF 9.95
  • Free of charge for orders with a value of CHF 10.00 or more
  • No minimum order quantity.

3. Transport

  • The items are delivered by Swiss Post.
  • Letters with an order value of up to CHF 19.95 are sent by B-Mail.
  • Letters with an order value of CHF 20.00 or more are sent by A-Mail Plus.
  • Parcels are sent by PostPac Economy.

4. Processing

Orders received are shipped within one working day after receipt of payment. Transport by A-Mail Plus takes one working day, and by B-Mail and PostPac Economy a maximum of three working days.

In exceptional cases (for example, high order volumes), the processing time may be longer, and in exceptional cases (for example, bottlenecks at Swiss Post) delivery may also take longer. A temporarily extended processing time (for example, company holidays) will be communicated prominently and in good time on the website.

5. Protection during storage

All items are protected from sunlight and stored at a humidity level between 45 and 60%. After being added to stock, all cards from Common upwards (for example, Energy cards excluded) are protected with a sleeve, in which the card will also be shipped. The cards are then stored in organizers and moved as little as possible.

6. Protection during transport

Sealed items such as booster displays are shipped well protected in a parcel or, depending on size, in a padded envelope. Single trading cards without a specific rarity are shipped without a sleeve, from Common upwards with a sleeve, and from a price of CHF 10.00 with a sleeve and toploader. Additional measures such as team bags, padding and fixing of the items are taken to ensure safe shipping.

7. Returns

Returns are possible after prior agreement if the item arrives in a condition different from that described and/or shown on the product page. If a return is agreed upon, the item price, including the shipping costs paid for the return shipment, will be refunded.

Items must be checked upon receipt and, in the case of an agreed return, sent back within two weeks.

8. Express shipping

The Sammelfieber warehouse is located close to PostParc Bern, which has a later cut-off time. On request, express shipping via PostPac Priority or, for example, Swiss-Express “Moon” and dispatch of the order on the same evening is possible. The latest possible posting time is the cut-off time of PostParc Bern.
